My name is Brendan McGuigan, and I've been gaming since I was about 9 years old. I cut my teeth on D&D, changed editions whenever they did (all while lamenting the shift as the end of the world, of course), and eventually moved into other game systems. For years I ran my gaming group in a seemingly endless Chronicle of White Wolf's Mage: The Ascension, before we all left to college and the game broke up.

I'm doing this site because there are so many d20 products out there right now that it can be really difficult to choose one that seems to fit your needs. I think a lot of people end up not making a purchase, simply because of the overload they get when they try finding the right product. This is bad for us as gamers, and it's bad for the people who are putting out the games (which in the long run is even worse for us as gamers). So I figured I'd spend some of my meager free time trying to give people a better idea what they're in for.

Ultimately, of course, I harbor dreams of writing role-playing material myself, and this also serves as a way to get more acquainted with what's out there, and the level of quality and style that goes into every piece.
